Corvina

The backbone of Valpolicella, Corvina is all about bright red cherries, tart pomegranate, and a whisper of dried herbs. Naturally high in acidity and low in tannin, it produces fresh, elegant wines but takes on depth when air-dried for Amarone, developing notes of dried fruit, cocoa, and warm spices.
