Hattingley Valley

From its birth as a farm diversification project back in 2008, family-owned Hattingley Valley is today recognised as one of the leading producers of English wines. Located in the heart of rural Hampshire, they now farm some 24 hectares of vines across two separate sites and their custom-built eco-friendly winery was the first in the UK to adopt solar power. The traditional method is integral to making their exceptional sparkling wines and they owe their unique style to the use of barrel ageing, as well as extensive ageing on lees. This has led them to win much international acclaim and a multitude of awards ever since the launch of their first wines in 2013.
