Tasting note
A very delicate pale pink sparkling rosé from Hampshire. Bright red fruit, strawberries and raspberries with a note of pomegranate on the nose. Pink grapefruit on the palate balanced by a touch of sweet marshmallow. Slight earthy texture, sweet, fresh hay with a creaminess from the oak element.
