Verum is one of the most exciting new names on the Spanish wine scene. Winemaker Elias Lopez is passionate about bringing back some of the lesser-known and almost extinct Spanish varietals. This is a single estate, organically cultivated, producing mono-varietals from classic and unusual grapes. Verum utilises some of the most ancient winemaking techniques paired with modern environmental philosophies.
