Tasting note
Tropical German Riesling with a slightly creamy palate, the lychees and mangoes kept fresh by apples, mirabelle and a tangy dose of passion fruit.
Vinification
Whole cluster pressing, overnight settling on skins and then temperature controlled fermentation in old oak barrels (Stück). The wines are left in barrel on lees for 9 months, then filtered via cross flow.

Enjoy this wine with grilled Tuna alongside teriyaki vegetables, or pike with avocado cubes and a passion fruit foam.
