Weingut Leitz

With a unique selection of Rieslings, including a non-alcoholic offering, Weingut Leitz is located in Rüdesheim, at the western end of the Rheingau. This family estate is run by Johannes Leitz, who took over what was then a 2.6-hectare property from his mother in 1985, aged just 21 and has grown his vineyard holdings to over 40 hectares in Rüdesheim and Geisenheim. In 2011, he was named “Winemaker of the Year” by Gault Millau, Germany’s principal wine guide.
