Tasting note
Fresh and aromatic featuring intense notes of peach blossom, apricot, and honeysuckle. On the palate, it is round and supple with a crisp, mineral finish that balances its rich stone-fruit flavours.
Vinification
Following destemming, the grapes undergo a short skin-contact maceration at low temperatures, which helps extract the maximum aromatic intensity from the skins. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a cool, constant temperature for about 12 days. No oak is used.
