Tasting note
Clean, fresh, alcohol-free rosé, with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and a final zap of grapefruit.
Viticulture
The vineyard is located in the middle of Rheinhessen. The vines are trellised with the Guyot sytem and the canopy management is Leitz's own structure. Sustainable farming practices are employed including leaf removal.
Vinification
To remove the alcohol, a gentle vacuum distillation was used to preserve the natural Rosé flavours. Leitz chose this modern technique, because it allows the extraction of the alcohol under extremely low pressure and temperature (around 30°C). No flavours will be lost through the treatment of the wine through the dealcoholisation process.

EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Rose makes a wonderful pairing with summer salads including fresh fruit salad.
