Tasting note
A crisp, elegant Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes. It delivers a delicate bouquet of white flowers (lily of the valley), fresh green apple and bright citrus. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious and mouth-watering, offering a refreshing, mineral-driven finish.

System: guyot 4.400 plants/ha
Vinification
The grapes undergo soft pressing before being immediately separated from the skins. The fermentation is carried out at a low temperature (18°- 20° C) on steel tanks, prior to refrigeration and static racking of the must.
