Tasting note
Intense color with a violet hue. On the nose, there's an intensity of fresh flowers, cherries, blackberries, aromatic herbs, and a touch of citrus. The palate is intense, with a good balance of acidity and tannins, where freshness is highlighted and a very elegant wood emerges.
Viticulture
Planted straight into the subsoil, with high concentrations of limestone and clay. Sustainable certified.
Vinification
30% hole cluster, small batchs with hand made pigages. Ageing in first and second usde oak barrels.
