Tasting note
Bursting with ripe red fruits of strawberry and raspberry, complemented by a subtle creaminess from the barrel-aged element of the wine. Signature, crisp acidity.
Unique Selling Point
Cobham House Rosé is crafted from 100% Gamay—an exceptionally rare grape variety in England, traditionally grown among the sun-drenched hills of Beaujolais.
Viticulture
Kent’s cooler climate and longer growing season allow the grapes to develop beautifully while retaining their crispness and naturally higher acidity.
Vinification
20% fermented and aged in old fortified wine barrels. 80% aged in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation.
