Vineyard
Mara Moura is a wine with a unique personality, born of grapes grown in selected plots within the valley and slopes surrounding it, with a mixture of soils rich in minerals.
Viticulture
Mara Moura is made from a selection of high altitude Godello vineyards from the D.O. Monterrei, with schist soils.
Vinification
After a manual harvest, alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a low temperature, with batonnage twice a week, so the lees remain suspended giving the wine a creamy feel and complexity. The result is a wine whose aromatic profile with notes of thyme, lavender, fennel and underwood, evokes the landscape of Monterrei
