Viticulture
Sourced from wineries that offer low density planted/smaller yield to produce more characterful Airen wines from the limestone-rich-soil region of La Mancha, Spain. Light-bodied wines remain unoaked to allow the natural flavours of the grape shine through. Crisp acidity, characterised by citrus flavours exhibiting floral aromas and subtle herbal undertones.
