Pure and fresh on the simple and refreshing rather than deep or substantial nose. Very light, fresh and clear on the palate, this is a classic Kabinett that lacks ripeness and substance but is fresh and bright and an authentic thirst-quencher reminiscent of the old days. 10.5% stated alcohol.
