Tasting note
Deep plummy fruit with hints of liquorice and spice, warm and well rounded. Nice firm tannins and a good amount of body make this a great food wine, from the Marche region.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel, following a gentle fermentation to minimise tannin extraction. A small amount of wine sees a short time in oak before bottling to add subtle complexity.
Food Match
A great wine to drink on its own. It will also pair well with Pizza, Burgers and tomato-based dishes.
