Tasting note
Pretty, approachable pink fizz, juicy with red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and plum.
Viticulture
A premium semi-sparkling (frizzante) organic rosé wine made with a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes.
Vinification
The wine has up to 3g of sugar per litre added in the process and is naturally frizzante. The bubbles are obtained by a second fermentation.
