Meet Eleanor, the bubbly rosé wine, made with handpicked Pinot Noir from Kent and Hampshire. This English favourite is one of strawberries and dreams. Eleanor is dry, refreshing and full of red berries with an acidity that lengthens the finish beautifully.
Vinification
Whole berry pressing, temperature controlled fermentation at 15.5 ° C, bentonite fining, cross flow filtration.
