Tasting note
From selected vineyards on glacier-derived moraine soil in the centre of the Lugana area, south west of Lake Garda, this fresh white has delicate fruit and floral aromas and is pleasantly dry and balanced on the palate. The choicest bunches are pressed gently, and the fermentation temperature is kept low to retain fresh fruit aromas. The wine in aged mostly in stainless steel and traditional tanks, with a small percentage in small oak casks.

Food Match
Appetizers and it's particularly indicated with Lake fish, such as baked carp, but also with sea fish and shellfish.
