Tasting note
The aroma is exciting and appetising, with vibrant raspberry, blackberry and morello cherry notes, some fresh leafiness and peppery spice. Succulent, soft and suave tannins give rise to a creamy texture, with white chocolate nuances on the palate.

Viticulture
Vinha ao alto (rows of vines planted up and down the slope) and patamares (terraces) with one and two rows of vines.
Vinification
Made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Sousão. Taken to the winery in 22 kg boxes. After a rigorous selection, the stalks are removed and the grapes crushed, and transferred to stainless steel vats for fermentation before ageing in French oak for 12 months.
