Tasting note
Grapes from a single Tuscan vineyard make this Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and it's heady with roses and raspberries, blackberries and balsamic, with minerals and refined tannins keeping all those fruits and flowers in line.
Vinification
Vinification: fermentation takes place in conical stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with pressing and pump-over techniques. Fermentation and maceration time: 20-25 days. Ageing: 16-18 months in barriques and tonneaux of French oak.
