Heady, fragrant dessert wine that breathes a sensuous blend of flowers and fruit and fills the mouth with apricot, honey and melon.
Viticulture
Sourced exclusively from the single vineyard 'Buonivini' in Noto, South East Sicily. The vines are planted at a density of 4500 per hectare.
Vinification
Fermentation, settling and fining all take place in temperature controlled stainless steel at around 15 degrees C for 40 days. Only 4000 half bottles were made in this vintage and therefore availability is extremely limited.
