Lightly sparking and ruby red in colour, our Lambrusco Salamino is soft, approachable and beautifully balanced. On the palate the wine is fresh and dry with an explosion of textural notes that recalls the bottle fermentation techniques used. A drink anywhere, anytime style. Not too sweet and not too dry.
