Tasting note
Shiny ruby red. Typical red fruit notes on the nose, fine and straight forward. Medium structure and persistency, fresh.
Vineyard
Hills and Plains in Romagna, from 0 to 150m. Soil type is Limestone and clay. In Emilia Romagna Along the Adriatic coast, the sea moderates the climate: winters are milder, summers are slightly less hot, and temperature fluctuations are smaller. In the Apennines, the climate is cooler and wetter: temperate-humid at mid-altitudes, and cold in the higher mountains.
Viticulture
Viticultural technique used is guyot both single and double.
Vinification
The grapes used to make this wine are harvested by hand or mechanical and undergo destemming and traditional crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 25-26°C for 8-10 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks.
