Tasting note
Sunset-pink English sparkling rosé, the mouth full of red fruits - raspberry, cherry, redcurrant - the nose an elegant, intriguing blend of aniseed, spice and lavender.
Vinification
Our signature style shines in this wine. 25% of grapes barrel fermented in aged white Burgundy, creating rich texture. Aged 8 months with lees, no stirring, minimal sulfur. Pure excellence.
