Extended ageing yields remarkable smoothness, ideal for connoisseurs. Aged 3 years: 2.5 in Colourado whiskey's oak, 6 months in French Oak from Sutcliffe Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon and Port. Uncommonly dry, tannic finish. Complex flavours: cinnamon, red wine, honey, vanilla, balanced without excess sweetness. No added sugar.
