Tasting note
Fragrant with grass, citrus and notes of stone and tropical fruits. The palate shows wonderful rounded texture with a crisp acid back bone offering backbone and freshness through to the finish. Hints of smoke, vanilla and hazelnut shine through on the back palate, offering nice subtle layers of complexity.

Precision farming underpinned by a philosophy of farming vine-by-vine and berry-by-berry ensures the purest expression of terrior. Sauvignon Blanc from our Elgin vineyards and Semillon from Devon Valley property grown to express the perfumed, aromatic side of Sem & Sem. Viticulture
Produced from meticulously farmed vineyards that span the Cape Winelands and offer a unique an exploration of Meinert's unique terroir. Precision farming allows us to farm vine-for-vine and berry-by-berry.
Vinification
The Semillon component was made from hand-harvested, sun-kissed golden bunches, whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a selection of seasoned French oak barrels. Sauvignon Blanc - fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to retain freshness and vibrancy
