Tasting note
Bright lemon-green in colour. Intense and fruity, with lovely aromas of fresh tropical fruit and grapefruit. The taste is very refreshing on the palate.
Vineyard
Gascony is both wild and beautiful at the same time... With its rolling countryside dotted with maritime pine and cypress trees, its luxurious vineyards and medieval hilltop towns, the area is one of the most well-preserved French treasures. Home to viticulture since Roman times, the IGP Côtes de Gascogne shares the same area of production as the Armagnac appellation.
Vinification
To preserve freshness and enhance aromas, grapes are night-harvested at peak ripeness. Low temperatures help retain aromatic intensity. Premium juice is gently extracted via pneumatic pressing, followed by cool fermentation. The result is a fragrant, refreshing white wine.
Food Match
Enjoy slightly chilled as an aperitif or with marinated vegetables, grilled fish and shellfish.
