Tasting note
A bright yellow wine from a Ligurian grape variety, this is fruity yet dry, intriguing yet approachable, full of peaches, acacia honey and broom flowers.
Vinification
At the winery the grapes are rested with a 24 hour period of cold maceration prior to pneumatic pressing, clarification, filtration, fermentation on natural yeasts at around 18-20C, cold stabilisation, filtration and bottling.
