Tasting note
This gorgeous white from Liguria shows expressive, generous notes of ripe peaches, pineapple, crystallised ginger and a hint of caramel. Satisfyingly rich and complete in texture, it is an expression of pure, unadorned fruit.
Vinification
At the winery the grapes are rested with a 24 hour period of cold maceration prior to pneumatic pressing, clarification, filtration, fermentation on natural yeasts at around 18-20C, cold stabilisation, filtration and bottling.
