Laura Aschero

The pioneering Laura Aschero estate is a tiny five-hectare dot on the map close to the French border, where the Ligurian Alps sweep down to the Mediterranean. Now in its third generation, Bianca is learning the traditions passed down from her grandmother in order to produce their unique Pigato, which is a local white variety redolent with rich fruit, pepper and minerals.
