Tasting note
Deep garnet in colour with a spicy ripe nose. The palate is rich with ripe fruit character and a hint of peppery spice. The finish is well balanced and the tannins are soft and elegant.
Viticulture
Produced by LGI, one of France’s largest and most consistent cooperatives, from selected vineyards across Languedoc-Roussillon. Its success lies in long-term partnerships with growers, ensuring top technical standards and a focus on quality at every stage of the viticultural cycle.
Vinification
La Lande wines are crafted exclusively for Enotria from vineyards in southwest and southern France. Each December, our buyers select and blend the finest lots to create La Lande Blanc and Rouge modern, fruit-driven wines made for immediate enjoyment. Hand-harvested grapes are gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel with no oak ageing.
Food Match
This rounded and juicy Southern French red is ideal on its own but pairs particularly well with Pasta and Tomato based sauces. It can also hold its own against grilled meats and spicy meatballs.
