Cherry-coloured and cherry-perfumed, with red berries and a sprinkling of nutmeg making for a pleasing mouthful.
Viticulture
Our La Cadence Blanc de Blanc is produced at LGI, one of the largest and most consistent Cooperatives in France. Based in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Made exclusively from Carignan grapes.
Vinification
Grapes are destemmed and then crushed before undergoing controlled fermentation in vat at an average of 25°C. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
Food Match
A really versatile French Country red and a great match for grilled meats, poultry, rabbit or sausage.
