This is a blend of several vineyards, the Johannishof is our home, the courtyard surrounding our cellars.
Viticulture
we are member s of the the VDP growers association, all members work with respect for their vineyards, with no herbicides, pesticides or artificial manure. Our soils are mialy limestone with loess / loam top soil.
Vinification
fermented in Stainless steel, bottled in March 2025
