A grand white wine from Lebanon, with a classy hit of vanilla and white flowers and lively flavours of peach and citrus.
Viticulture
From IXSIR's finest calcareous marl terroirs across the Lebanon between 800 and 1700 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Manual night harvests in crates of 18kg and transport to the ultra sleek hi-tech winery in Basbina in temperature-controlled trucks. Low pressure pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. French oak for 5 months, 50% new and 50% used.
