Tasting note
A cool-climate expression of Chardonnay with gentle oak use giving delicate spicy notes and a soft vanilla touch. Exotic, juicy figs and apricot notes balance out the savoury tones.

The vineyards are around Appenheim, with mostly limestone soils hence and south west facing slopes.
Vinification
Picked by hand and fermented in sainless steel. Matured in tank and bottle.
