Tasting note
Elegant and refreshing, with a delicate pale pink colour and aromas of fresh red berries, cherry, raspberry and wild rose, complemented by subtle citrus notes. The palate is soft and lively, with balanced acidity, gentle fruitiness and a clean, savoury finish.
Viticulture
Made from Sangiovese grapes grown in Tuscany, where warm Mediterranean sunshine and seasonal temperature variations encourage even ripening while preserving freshness and aromatic expression.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate pink colour, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in steel to preserve its fresh red-fruit aromas, floral character and lively acidity.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood, light salads and vegetable dishes.
