Tasting note
Radiant ruby-red hue. Fruity aromas of red and black berries - raspberry, wild strawberry, black cherry, currant, and blackberry. Vanilla and balsamic notes, along with hints of pepper and cinnamon, complement. Palate is well-rounded and elegant, balanced alcohol and acidity. Fruity aftertaste with juniper berry hints. Long, juicy mineral finish.
Vinification
Fermentation on skins in stainless steel. Aged in barriques (225l barrels) for at least 24 months, along with a further 6-12 months in bottle prior to release.
