Tasting note
A vibrant ruby red wine with hints of berries. Pleasant and soft Chianti with a smooth tannic texture and a very elegant finish.
Vinification
Following a mild winter, vines sprouted in early April. Clear, cool weather led to moderate growth. Flowering in late May brought excellent fruit set. Rainfall was balanced through August. Veraison began late August, with gradual ripening. Sangiovese and Merlot were harvested mid-September with intense, aromatic fruit.
