Tasting note
CastelGiocondo: A vibrant ruby-red wine with an elegant bouquet of forest fruits, ripe red berries, and floral notes. As it breathes, spices and balsamic scents add complexity. The dense, elegant tannins and mineral quality create a harmonious palate, leaving a lasting, warm finish with sweet spice and balsamic nuances.
Vinification
Crafted with meticulous vineyard care and the essence of unique terroir. Hand-picked Sangiovese grapes, carefully selected. Fermentation in controlled stainless steel tanks with frequent pump-overs. Aged in wood for maturation, ripening, and balance. After 5 years from harvest, and bottle ageing, CastelGiocondo Brunello is ready for market.
