Vinification
Careful vineyard practices and terroir's essence led to an exceptional harvest. Handpicked Sangiovese grapes, selectively chosen. Stainless steel tank fermentation, controlled temp, frequent pump-overs. Aged in wood for maturity, ripeness, and balance. After 5 years, including bottle ageing, CastelGiocondo Brunello is market-ready.
