Tasting note
Red in colour with violet hues. The aroma is fine, highlighting the fruity and floral expression characteristic of Malbec from our vineyards. The palate is friendly, intense, with soft tannins combined with the oak notes. The finish is generous and lively.
Viticulture
Our grapes come from La Consulta and Eugenio Bustos, in the south of Uco Valley. The origing of soil is alluvial, semi-deep to deepp, texture loam sandy. Vineyard altitude: 1.050 masl - Training method: vertical shoots position- Average yield: 12,000 Kgs/Ha - Vineyard density: 5,500 plants/Ha.
Food Match
It is an ideal Malbec to accompany barbecued beef ribs with grilled vegetables, dry pasta, risottos.
