Tasting note
This wine stands out on the palate for its freshness and sweet notes of vanilla, its unctuous volume and a very elegant expression of salinity on the finish. The nose presents floral notes, red fruits and citrus.

Vinification
The freshness of the ocean allows early-harvesting of the red varieties for bright aromas and firm acidity, ideal for making aromatic rosé wine. Made from Pinot Noir, Tannat and Marselan, which are gently pressed and fermented separately before blending according to the Familia Deicas Tasting Committee led by Santiago Deicas.
