Vineyard
Albariño planted in Juanicó and Garzón - two vineyards with different soil profiles, both with coastal influence. Over time, Juanicó’s clay-limestone terroir showed better expression of our fresh, aromatic style. Early harvest brings citrus/floral notes; later harvest adds melon and peach. Both contribute mineral character.
Viticulture
Grapes harvested at different ripeness stages to capture both citrus/floral and ripe fruit notes. Clay and limestone soils in Juanicó, and degraded granite in Garzón. Cool summer temperatures and moderate rainfall led to slow, balanced ripening.
Vinification
Each micro-parcel was fermented separately and aged on lees in refrigerated tanks for 4-6 months. Different pressing and maceration techniques were used depending on skin aromatic potential. Wine was protected from oxidation to preserve its freshness and aromatics.
