Tasting note
Charming pink fizz from Sussex, packed with dried cranberries and fresh red fruits, lively, frothy, with lovely yeasty scents of brioche.
Viticulture
Vines are grown on the family estate just metres from the winery enabling fruit to be harvested and taken to the winery within minutes to avoid any oxidation
Vinification
Fruit from the family estate is picked at optimal ripeness early in the morning and is then fermented in stainless steel at lo temperature to preserve the delicate fruit aroma

Lovely on its own or with perhaps a few canapés, some charcuterie or smoked fish.
