Chapel Down Kit's Coty Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional wine, elegant and well balanced with notes of fresh apple, buttery pastry, and savory depth.
Viticulture
Fruit is sourced from a single vineyard on the North Downs in Kent called Kit's Coty. The grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including chalk, clay, and loam soils.
Vinification
Harvested by hand in September and October. This refined sparkling wine has undergone malolactic fermentation and 29% of of the blend is matured in barrel before being aged on lees for three and a half years before release.
