Tasting note
Chilean Merlot, herbaceous and well-balanced, fruity with blackberry, dark plum and a few creamy shards of chocolate.
Viticulture
Merlot grapes from the stunning vineyard of Central Chile.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and destemmed. Following some maceration on the skins, the alcoholic fermentation takes place with temperature controlled. Also the wine goes through the malolactic conversion to soften the acidity.
