Tasting note
Brancaia Chianti Classico Gran Selezione shows great structure and refined elegance. The bouquet is complex and aromatic with notes of red fruits, pervasive toasted notes and elegant tertiary aromas.
Viticulture
Organic faming, spurred cordon, cover crops. Hand-picking only.
Vinification
Grapes are received at the winery and, if necessary, selected at the sorting table. By gravity, they fall into conical-shaped temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Wild yeasts only. Cap is punched down with a "follatore".
