Tasting note
A Tuscan red packed with cherries and raspberries, finishing with a perfumed note of spice.
Vinification
Parcels of Sangiovese and Merlot are picked separately but crushed together, after which they are pressed and then macerated on skins for 8-10 days.The juice was fermented at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C with frequent and gentle pumping over, extracting a good amount of colour and tannin & giving the wine great structure.
