Tasting note
The appearance is clean and bright, with a yellow-grenish color. High aromatic intensity with citrus grapefuit notes, apricots and iced orange. Aromatic herbs, spices, vegetal notes as well as bakery and white chocolate notes. The palate is wide, round and silky on the palate. Well-integrated acidity with a fresh retronasal. Good aging potential.
Viticulture
Single plot selection (Agro de Tremoedo vineyard) where the grapes reach a special pink colour which will bring a unique aromatic complexity to the wine. It comes from an extreme vinewgrowing aimed at searching low vigour vines, very porous and with a high leaf surface which cause low yields and unique qulaities in those pink grapes.
