Tasting note
Fantastically pure and precise, with delicate peach, greengage and pink grapefruit aromas, which are reflected on the superbly-refreshing palate. The balance is impeccable, with the ripe fruit offset by a hint of sophisticated, citrus pith bitterness and tangy acidity. Lip-smackingly delicious.

A complex and exciting nose of bay leaf, herbs with lemon pith. Zesty acidity elegant and refined palate with a long finish and saline tang.
Viticulture
The weather in the D.O. Monterrei is Atlantic but with Continental influence since it is located south of Ourense, on the border with Portugal. The climate is drier than in the rest of Galicia, with hotter summers and very cold winters.
Vinification
Stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
