Tasting note
The characterful Albariño variety makes this exciting Traditional Method sparkling wine, with a wonderful, complex combination of lemon, green apple and aromatic herb notes, with rich, baking bread and brioche character from the bottle fermentation and ageing on the lees. The mousse is delicate, fine and creamy-textured.
Vinification
Crafted using the traditional method from 100% hand-harvested Albariño grapes, which undergo a lengthy 30 months of lees ageing in the bottle to develop a rich, creamy texture and fine bubbles.
Food Match
The wine's vibrant coastal acidity and creamy weight make it an exceptional match for Galician octopus, fresh oysters, or rich, creamy cheeses like Brie.
